Parameters & Settings Overview
Although common software is used for all MyFBO subscribers, each subscriber's online system can operate quite differently based on system settings.
One of the most important steps in setting up your MyFBO system is reviewing and setting the various system parameters. The parameters define and customize the system. You answered questions during automatic setup that defined the system initially. At a minimum, new subscribers should visit the Admin Tab and review / update information in Features & Options, Hours/Days of Operation, and Location / Taxes / Fuel.
The next step is to become familiar with the Parameters and Settings menu, which is also available from the Admin Tab to those with Junior or Senior Administrator user access levels.
A general review of your parameters may tell you that something has been overlooked in your setup. For example, the Reservation Types parameters may say that you offer scenic flights when, in fact, you don't. Or you may have questions about the benefits of features that are disabled.
