Customer Levels

Customer levels allow certain dues, dues credits, credit percentages, rates, and/or maximum reservations to be automatically applied to different groups of customers. These parameters can be set by an Administrator from the Parameters and Settings menu.

Customer Levels can be named by an Administrator via the Parameters and Settings / Renaming Parameters.

Customers are all automatically Level 0 (default) customers unless assigned to another level in their customer information record.

Customer Levels

Maximum reservations by customer

Limits the number of reservations that can be made by a customer. Does not limit reservations made by staff for the customer.

Maximum Reservation Duration (days)

Limits the length of reservations that can be made by a customer. Does not limit reservations made by staff for the customer.

Maximum Days in Advance

Limits the number of days in advance that a reservation can be made by a customer. Does not limit reservations made by staff for the customer.

Monthly Dues Amount

Monthly dues fee which is automatically collected through the monthly billing process.

Monthly Dues Credit (up to $ of previous month's charges)

Use this field to set a dollar limit on the amount of credit to be allowed toward monthly dues.

Monthly Dues Credit Percentage (% of previous month's charges)

Allows a credit toward monthly dues based on a percentage of charges for the month. This is further defined and applied during the monthly billing process.

Bill Additional Amount of & If Special Account less than

This option can be used to bill an additional fee if members do not have a specific balance on hand in their special account.

Minimum Prepay Balance

Minimum prepay balance required to receive special prepay rates.

Discount from Regular Rates

Option to set a percentage discount for a customer level, which can be limited to: Aircraft and Flight Staff, Aircraft Only, Merchandise/Parts, Service Order Labor.

Level Discounts Apply To

The "Discount from Regular Rates (%)" can be applied to the following: Aircraft and Flight Staff, Aircraft Only, Merchandise/Parts, Service Order Labor.

Customer levels 1 through 9 have associated rental rates in the resource records and owner use rates in the aircraft management data for each customer owned aircraft. These rates are used (if present) in lieu of the "Discount from Regular rates (%)".
