Message Center
The Message Center is the first page viewed upon every login (except when Personal Information Update is required). The Message Center can also be viewed from the Home Tab. The Message Center is a great way to communicate with Staff and Customers.
Which items appear on the Message Center, and the order in which they appear, and whether they are shown to staff, customers, or both, can be organized by an Administrator in the Message Center Content Parameters available from the Admin Tab / Parameters & Settings Menu.

These messages to all staff are easily updated by Managers or authorized staff (see Staff Parameters) from the Connect Tab / Set Must Read Menu.
These messages to all customers are easily updated by Managers or authorized staff (see Staff Parameters) from the Connect Tab / Set Please Read Menu.
Personal messages can be sent by staff. The links to send personal messages show up at the bottom of many customer related pages such as view reservations, view previous flights, view cancellations, and view time in type. The feature can be enabled by an Administrator from the Admin Tab / Features & Options.
The Status Board was designed for Universities and Part 141 Schools to display their flight operations status. By having the flight status online, those operators avoid the endless "are we flying today" phone calls. Status is updated by Managers or authorized staff (see Staff Parameters) from the Connect Tab / Set Status Board Menu. The feature can be enabled by an Administrator from the Admin Tab / Features & Options.

Bulletin Board postings can be created by Managers or authorized staff (see Staff Parameters) from the Connect Tab / News & Messages Menu. The feature can be enabled by an Administrator from the Admin Tab / Features & Options. Customer / Member ability to create and comment on bulletin board posts is defined in the News/Bulletin Board/Calendar Parameters.
Calendar of Events items can be created by Managers or authorized staff (see Staff Parameters) from the Connect Tab / News & Messages Menu. The feature can be enabled by an Administrator from the Admin Tab / Features & Options.
