Review Tab

The Review Tab is intended primarily for use by a subscriber's dispatch staff. Staff level users and higher have access to the Review Tab. The menu options available to individual users vary due to the security level of the user and the system options in use by your organization.

The Review Tab is divided into four sections:

Incomplete Receipts

Incomplete receipts are receipts that have been opened but not finalized with a payment.

For each receipt there is an Action menu. Actions available are dependent upon the receipt type. To perform an action, simply select the action and click Go.

For more information on creating and completing receipts, please read Guide To Receipt Preparation.

Incomplete Receipts

Flights / Work In Progress

This list includes flights that have been dispatched, and can also include open Service Orders.

For each in progress item there is an Action menu. Actions available are dependent upon the item type. To perform an action, simply select the action and click Go

For more information about the Dispatch and Check-in process, please read Dispatch and Check-In Basics.

Flights / Work In Progress

Pending (and Unused) Reservations

This list includes reservations that are close to the scheduled start time and available to be dispatched. How far in advance of the scheduled start time these appear is set in your Reservation Settings Parameters. It also includes reservations that have gone past the scheduled start time without being dispatched. This situation is highlighted in pink. Unused reservations stay on the list for 7 days following scheduled end time.

For each reservation there is an Action menu. Actions available are dependent upon the type of reservation and the age of the reservation.  Reservations left overnight without being dispatched will not have the same options available as the current day's reservations. To perform an action, simply select the action and click Go

For more information about the Dispatch and Check-in process, please read Dispatch and Check- In Basics.

Pending / Unused Reservations

Recent Receipts

Lists recently closed receipts (within 43 hours) with options to reprint receipt or view a receipt summary. The summary option allows for e-mailing a duplicate receipt and adjusting the receipt. Staff level users only have access to Recent Receipts if enabled in the Staff Parameters by an Administrator.

Recent Receipts

Recent Utilization

Provides aircraft utilization data, highlighting any meter readings / air time entries that are out of sequence, or may be erroneous or missing. Reviewing utilization daily allows staff to quickly identify missing time or flights checked in incorrectly and take corrective measures while the events of the day are still clear.

Dispatch Overrides

Report of system blocks that were bypassed or ignored at the time of dispatch and record of which user was responsible for the override. Report includes what type of block (Qualifications and Limitations, Maintenance, etc.) and the list of the specific warnings and blocks that were shown to the individual dispatching the flight. This history is retained for 13 months. Also, any ticket that has had an override will show a View Override button on the ticket summary page.

Dispatch Overrides

Review Dispatch / Order Status

This page includes all the information contained in the Incomplete Receipts, Flights / Work In Progress, and Pending (and Unused) Reservations sections discussed above. Dispatchers can quickly check flight status on this one screen. Flights that are late to be dispatched, late to check in, or significantly overdue are prominently highlighted.

Print All

Pre-Dispatch

If Pre-dispatch is enabled, you can print all pre-dispatch sheets for the balance of the day. Pre-dispatch provides information prior to the flight without actually dispatching the flight.

The Pre-dispatch feature is enabled in the Dispatch and Check In Parameters.

Example Pre-Dispatch

Curricular IBS

If Advanced Curriculum Tracking is enabled, you can print all Instructor Briefing Sheets for all dual curricular flights for the balance of the day.

System Status

Pending Approval

Provides a list of customers who have requested (through the customer interface) approval to self-schedule. Without scheduling approval, customers can still log in to the system to see their reservations, they just can not create their own reservations. Staff level users only have access to Pending Approval if enabled in the Staff Parameters by an Administrator. Otherwise this is a Manager level function.

If scheduling approval is requested, notice is made by various methods to those with the authority to grant approval:

System Dashboard

Provides Manager level and higher users a snapshot of operations status, including summary information for Reservations / Estimates, Work / Flights in Progress, and Finance / Administration.

Urgent Collections

Urgent accounts are enabled by creating an Urgent Accounts Override Code in the Financial Parameters. An override code is like a password and should be shared judiciously.

Urgent accounts are those in need of immediate collection. They are created as the result of an unpaid receipt that is closed to urgent status. Only employees with the urgent accounts override code will be able to close a receipt to an urgent account.

A receipt cannot be closed to an urgent account if the customer has an account with you and still has credit available on that account, whether it's a prepay account that still has money in it, or a charge account that isn't over the credit limit. You cannot split a ticket between an urgent account and another account type. Urgent accounts work differently from the other account types and they can never be combined on the same ticket.

Partial or full payment is applied to an urgent account just as it is applied to any other account type (see Receipt Preparation for Payment Transactions).
