General Information

The MyFBO.com Web Division often received requests for an easy-to-update aircraft sales page for individual web sites.  This resulted in discussions with subscribers about their online aircraft sales needs.  In addition to a way to list their own aircraft quickly, there were many other concerns, including:

• Aircraft sales web sites are expensive to use,
• Sales sites do not include facilities for brokering aircraft between dealers, and
• Subscribers felt frustrated by efforts to meet their customer’s aircraft purchase needs.

Together, these concerns caused the creation of WingDealers.com.  In addition to a public aircraft sales site, the WingDealers.com Network provides for cross listing of aircraft among subscribers. Since each listing contains wholesale and retail asking prices, subscribers can determine whether they have an interest in brokering a sale for one of their customers. 

Individual dealers maintain control of their listing details, asking prices, and whether each aircraft is to be listed privately, across the dealer network, or publicly. Each aircraft listed by a present subscriber costs only $1 per month including an unlimited number of pictures and ample space for complete descriptions. Wholesale asking prices are disclosed only to subscribers and only for aircraft that are cross-listed.
