Aircraft / Device Rental Limitations

Resource data for an individual resource can be entered, reviewed, and updated by a manager from the Manage Tab / Resource Management menu using the Change Resource Data option.

To change data for a resource, select the resource from the drop down box next to Change Resource Data for. This opens the "Resource Data Selection" screen. Different sections of the resource record are accessed from options listed on the Resource Data Selection screen.

Qualification and Limitation Parameters, combined with Customer Scheduling Parameters, provide the general system scheduling limits for your customers / members. The Aircraft Rental Limitations (Device Rental Limitations for FTDs) found in the individual resource records allow you to define additional specific limitations for an individual aircraft or FTD. These limits include:

• IFR Allowed
• Dual Only
• Only Associates can schedule
• Only Group Members can Schedule (See Group Management) 
• Total Time Required
• Time in Type Required
• Local Time in Type Required
• Minimum Pilot Certificate Required
• Ratings Required
• Maximum Rental Duration
• Book in Advance
• Check Out Expires After

The limitations listed below appear as needed based on Aircraft Information settings. There is a corresponding Qualification and Limitation check available (Pilot meets other rental requirements).

• Retractable Time Required
• Multi Engine Time Required 
• High Performance Time Required 
• Tail Wheel Time Required
