Managers can add resources (aircraft, staff, training devices, other) to the system, and view and update information in existing resource records, from the Manage tab / Resource Management menu

When you first Add a Resource to the system, the process involves providing information about how that resource will be used, who can schedule the resource, what rates will be charged, what commission will be paid, and more. 

Often you will want to review and update the same specific type of information for all resources at once. The Change ALL Resource option is the spot for bulk review/editing of specific information for ALL resources at once. The drop down selector allows you to pick one of the reports listed below, and from there you can view and edit the data without having to go into each individual resource record. The following options are available:

 

The screen shot shown below is the result of selecting "Rates: Staff Resources - General". 

Notice that fields are available to set prices for staff based on their "usage" in the system. For example, you can't set flight pricing for those staff members who are in the system as mechanics.
