Aircraft / Device Information

Resource data for an individual resource can be entered, reviewed, and updated by a manager from the Manage Tab / Resource Management menu using the Change Resource Data option.

Note: Often you will want to review and update the same specific type of information for all resources at once. Then the Change ALL Resource option is a better choice, as it allows bulk review/editing of specific information for ALL resources at once. For more information, please see Change ALL Resource.

To change data for a resource, select the resource from the drop down box next to Change Resource Data for. This opens the "Resource Data Selection" screen. Different sections of the resource record are accessed from options listed on the Resource Data Selection screen.

The Aircraft Information screen (Device Information screen for FTDs) allows for the entry of specific aircraft information, including:

Maintenance Tracking Enabled
Model Year
Airframe Serial Number
FAA Type
Colors
Tie-Down / Hangar Number
Category
Retractable Gear
High Performance
Complex
Pressurized
Tail Wheel
Number of Engines
Engine Type
Meter Information
Total Number of Seats
Minimum Crew
Cockpit Type (Glass or Conventional)
