List Service Orders

The List Service Orders option is available from the Manage tab / Service Order menu. Managers, mechanics, and others who have been granted access can use this option to see the status of all service orders and revise open service orders.

1. Click the Manage tab.
2. Click Service Orders.
3. Scroll down to the List Service Orders option and from the dropdown menu select the status to review. Click Go.

The options in the dropdown include:

• In Progress

  Orders still open with work still being performed. These orders can be edited.

• Completed

  Orders that have been marked as complete. These orders can be viewed and reprinted. A Reopen option also appears for those with authority to reopen an order. The appearance of the button depends on a number of factors. For more information, please see Reopening a Service Order.

• Reserved (under construction)
• Estimated

  Listing of service estimates, which can be edited, released to the customer, converted to a service order, etc. For more information, please see Preparing Service Estimates.
