Citizenship and Document Verification

The MyFBO.com System supports Citizenship on File, Document Verification and Retention.  Although Citizenship on file has long been a feature, the system has been updated to meet Department of Homeland Security Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Regulations.

To use citizenship checking, you must first verify that "country of citizenship" is available in their customer profile information. If it is not, then it needs to be enabled in their Personal Information Retained parameters.  Note: 99% of Subscribers already have Citizenship on File Enabled by default.

Next you will need to decide whether customers / members can update their own citizenship data.  This is not recommended due to the new regulations.  Whether or not customers can update their own data is controlled in the Customer / Member Parameters.

Once you are setup to retain citizenship information it is entered into the Customer Personal Record.  Please see screen shot below.  For more information please see, Updating Personal Information.

In addition to marking that you have verified documents you may also keep them on file using the MyFBO.com Pictures on File Option.  Pictures on File is enabled in the Feature and Option Parameters.  With pictures on file you may scan any type of document and upload into the customer record.  This is done within a customer's personal record by clicking the upload button.

Finally, you will need to setup the Qualification and Limitation Parameters to specify that you check for the data upon scheduling and/or dispatch.  Please see screen shot below.
