Getting Customers to Update Personal Information
- Customers can be asked to update their personal information on a regular cycle. The number of days between update requests
can be set by an Administrator in the Customer Parameters. The personal information page
pops up with the appropriate message when the customer logs in.
- A similar pop-up on login occurs if the customer's credit card is marked as bad or if there is a card on file that has expired.
- A similar pop-up on login occurs if the customer e-mail address is marked as bad.
- Qualification and Limitation Parameters can also be used to force update
of items such as:
- At least one phone number on file
- At least one valid e-mail address on file
- Emergency contact on file
- Country of citizenship on file (customer will not be able to update this)
- Valid / un-expired credit card on file
