Employees who will use the MyFBO online system must first have a customer record. Please read Adding a New Customer or watch the Adding a New Customer e-learning.

Once an employee has been entered as a customer, their system access level is set from the Allow Basic Staff Member Access option on the Manage Tab / User Security menu. Note that the person granting staff access must be a Manager level user or higher in the system.
To allow staff access, enter the last name in the Allow Staff Member Access field on the User Security menu and then press the Go button. The Allow Basic Staff Member Access page will appear. Choose the appropriate level in the drop down box next to the person's name.
Possible Basic Staff Levels Include:
For more information about the abilities and limitations of each of the levels, please see Employee Access Levels Defined.
Once basic staff member access is set up, Senior Administrators can allow higher levels of access from the Admin Tab / Staff Security menu. Please read Grant Higher Level Access for more information.
Granting an employee Instructor, Trainer, Limited Instructor, Captain, or Mechanic access does not put them on your schedule. The access level controls the system menus and tasks to which the user has access. For example, an instructor might have an access level of Staff, Manager, or Administrator if they did other work for the company in addition to instruction.
To add a pilot to your schedule for customers to reserve, they must also be added to the system as a resource. This is done from the Manage Tab / Resource Management menu. Please read Add A Resource for instructions, or watch the Add a Staff (Pilot) Resource e-learning.
