Miscellaneous Information

Resource data for an individual resource can be entered, reviewed, and updated by a manager from the Manage Tab / Resource Management menu using the Change Resource Data option.

To change data for a resource, select the resource from the drop down box next to Change Resource Data for. This opens the "Resource Data Selection" screen. Different sections of the resource record are accessed from options listed on the Resource Data Selection screen.

The Miscellaneous Information screen allows the update of miscellaneous information for resources. Miscellaneous information varies slightly depending on type of resource, but can include:

• Flight Staff Grade Required / Aircraft Grades Held (See Grade Limitations)
• Resource Group / Sort Key (Groups / Sorts Resources on Schedules)
• Resource URL (External Link for Resource Picture or Document)
• Affiliation Logos appear next to the resource when scheduling and include:

  • Glass Cockpit

  • NAFI Instructor

  • Part 141 Instructor

  • Stage Check Instructor

  • Final Check Instructor

  • Chief Instructor

  • Asst Chief Instructor

  • Blue Bulls Eye (user defined)

  • Red Bulls Eye (user defined)

• Resource Note
• Show Resource Note (on Schedules)
• Do Not Schedule With
• Special Codes
• Fixed Operating Costs (contributes to Revenue, Operating Cost, and Gross Profit report on Financial Tab / Time and Revenue)
  • Loan Repayment
  • Insurance
  • Hangar / Tie-Down
  • Other Monthly Cost
• FTD and Other Resource Taxation
