E-mail Notifications

Resource data for an individual resource can be entered, reviewed, and updated by a manager from the Manage Tab / Resource Management menu using the Change Resource Data option.

Note: Often you will want to review and update the same specific type of information for all resources at once. Then the Change ALL Resource option is a better choice, as it allows bulk review/editing of specific information for ALL resources at once. For more information, please see Change ALL Resource.

To change data for a resource, select the resource from the drop down box next to Change Resource Data for. This opens the "Resource Data Selection" screen. Different sections of the resource record are accessed from options listed on the Resource Data Selection screen.

The E-mail Notifications screen allows for the entry and update of e-mail notification addresses. For aircraft, email is always sent when scheduled for maintenance, new squawks are entered, or notification is required by your Qualification and Limitation Parameters.

The field for the second e-mail address can be used to send notification e-mails to backup e-mail account, to a second party, or to send notifications to a cell phone or pager.
