View Squawk History
It is possible to see a list of all squawks entered for an individual
aircraft, or for all aircraft. Additionally, it is possible to open this list as
an Excel file. To review squawk history:
- Click the Manage Tab.
- Click Maintenance.
- Scroll down to the Maintenance Reporting
section.
- Locate
View Squawk History.
- Select all the aircraft, or an individual aircraft.
- Select to send the report to the screen (pictured below), or to an Excel
file.
- Click Go.
Squawk History
The Aircraft Squawk History report includes the status of each
squawk - unresolved, deferred, suppressed, resolved (For more information, see
Resolving Squawks).
- Unresolved and deferred squawks are highlighted using the background
color of your system.
- Suppressed squawks are shaded with a dark gray background.
- Resolved squawks are closed via a maintenance ticket, and reference the
maintenance ticket number. In systems using the Service Order option, a
link to the applicable service order is also included.
