Maintenance Parameters
There are a number of settings related to maintenance tracking in MyFBO, and all can be changed by a Junior or Senior Administrator from Admin Tab options.
Features and Options
Maintenance coming due estimates are based on reservations. Allowing overlapping customer reservations can affect these estimates.
This option is important because reservation length is one of the variables used by the system to estimate maintenance coming due. Longer reservations without estimated tach / air time can greatly affect these estimates.
Scheduling Features
This option turns on the maintenance tracking option in your system.
This option is used to enable tracking engine starts and hours data.
This option adds maintenance due estimates (TuM) to the top of the daily schedule as a scheduling tool. This option is not recommended to subscribers with larger schedules as it can slow schedule reload.
Note: This option is simply a scheduling tool for dispatchers. It should not be used as a replacement for the more detailed and accurate information available from the Maintenance Menu.
This option relates to the one above by limiting maintenance due estimates shown on the daily schedule to only those that would block dispatch.
This option is used to automatically recommend certain aircraft to customers for scheduling based on the best use of time remaining until maintenance is next due.
This option allows you to turn off the Squawk Tracking component of MyFBO if you prefer to use an external system for tracking squawks.

Maintenance Exceptions E-mail
While not a full substitute for the reporting on the Maintenance Menu, the exceptions e-mail can serve as a daily reminder of upcoming maintenance requirements. The e-mail can be sent to multiple addresses.
Use Factors are part of the calculation used to predict maintenance coming due based on reservations on file.
