The primary user interface for the MyFBO Online System is through an Internet connected, standards compliant web browser on a full-size display.  The Mobile Edition is designed for small-screen devices (screen widths of 240 pixels or more) that also connect to the Internet using an HTML browser (SmartPhones and PDAs). 

When a small screen user logs in, the MyFBO Online System will attempt to recognize the device and select the correct interface – Mobile Edition or Full System.  Devices that do not support frames may only use the Mobile Edition.  Mobile users with frames support and a standards-compliant browser (e.g., iPhone 4, Android 2) may choose to use the full system, though a few displays may be too small to be easily readable. 

Users may also choose to alternate between the full system and Mobile Edition. On the full system Home Tab, there is a Mobile Edition link or button.  On the Mobile Edition Home Menu, there may be a button to attempt full system access on capable devices.

For staff users, the mobile interface provides the following options (based on system settings and the security level of the user):

• Schedules
• View / Update Customer
• Reserve
• Operate / Sell
• Manage
• System Functions (to switch to full system view)

Main Menu

Schedules / My Schedule / Select a customer's reservation for Flight Details /  Select customer's name for other actions

Flight staff can use My Schedule to view their personal schedule and take action on their students.

Flight Schedule and Ramp Schedule are available to general staff to see the overall schedule.

View/Update Customer / Customer Lookup / Select Customer or Create new Customer

These options correspond to the "Put Customer in Focus" function in the full version of MyFBO. Once a customer has been selected, actions can be taken for that specific customer.

Operate/Sell

The Operate / Sell menu is used for dispatching reservations (mobile flight check in is not available) or creating sales.

For your customers/members, the mobile interface provides the following options:

• My Schedule
• New Reservation
• Contact Information
• Lesson Log
• Log In Full System
