Pending Reservations

A list of Pending / Unused Reservations can be viewed from the Review tab. 

This list includes reservations that are close to the scheduled start time and available to be dispatched. How far in advance of the scheduled start time these appear is set in your Reservation Settings Parameters. It also includes reservations that have gone past the scheduled start time without being dispatched. This situation is highlighted in pink. Unused reservations stay on the list for 7 days following scheduled end time.

For each reservation there is an Action menu. Actions available are dependent upon the type of reservation and the age of the reservation. Reservations left undispatched overnight may not have the same options available as the current day's reservations. To perform an action, simply select the action and click Go.
