Prospects and Marketing

MyFBO.com has a Prospects and Marketing option. This is a chargeable option. Please see MyFBO.com Current Rates for more information. To use this option, it must first be enabled by an Administrator via the Admin Tab / Features & Options menu. Once enabled, this option is available for use from the Connect Tab / Marketing menu.

The Marketing menu allows the entry of Prospective customers. Prospects are stored and sorted by the date they were created. Prospect records can contain general information such as name, address, and email. In addition, prospect records can contain the source or "lead", last contact, and up to 4 User Define Fields.

Prospects can be added to the system a few different ways:

• By the same process as adding a new customer, just use the selector in the Create New window to indicate you are creating a Prospect. 
• From a "Subscribe to Mailing List" form on your external Web Site (See Linking with MyFBO.com)
• Prospects can be added from the Connect Tab / Marketing menu.
• Prospects can be imported from a .CSV file from the Connect Tab / Marketing menu. (MS Excel is commonly used to create CSV files.)

Prospects can be updated, selected, reported upon, and emailed to on the Marketing menu. Prospects can also be easily converted into customers.
