View Time Clock Only

The MyFBO Time Clock feature is enabled by an Administrator. For more information, please see Staff Parameters.

Many reports helpful in managing resources can be viewed from the Manage Tab / Resource Reports Menu.

View Time Clock Only is a report showing staff time clock records for those who use the Clock in / Clock out feature on their Personal Menu in MyFBO. Time clock records can be reviewed and edited by Manager level users and higher.

Staff can not edit their own time clock records from the Personal Menu, and it is recommended that Managers and above with access to View Time Clock Only do not edit their own personal time clock records. Each time clock record contains a blue information dot (i dot) showing information about the last time the record was changed and by whom.

Note: By default, Manager level users can access and edit all time clock records from the Manage Tab / Resource Reports menu. If you do not want Managers to be able to edit their own time clock records, that limitation can be set by an Administrator in the Staff Parameters available from the Admin Tab / Parameters & Settings menu.

Notice that your current IP address is included at the top of the report, and the IP address where the time clock record was created is included in the record. The IP address is included to allow detection of time clock use when staff is not on site, and is highlighted when it does not match the IP address of your current location.
