Reference Tab

The Reference Tab provides access to information rather than tasks. This reference information is specific to your organization. All levels of staff users have access to the Reference Tab. The options available vary due to the system options in use by your organization. The possible menu options are:

• Menus
  • Staff Tools

    This same information can be seen by customers on their Home Tab / Help & Guidance Menu.

    • Planning Documents
    • Weather
    • Calculators
    • Lookups
    • Additional Planning Links / Tools
  • Policies

    Displays uploaded company documents, such as Policies and Procedures. This same information can be seen by customers on their Home Tab / Help & Guidance Menu.

  • Contact Info

    Displays company and instructor / staff pilot contact information. This same information can be seen by customers on their Home Tab / Help & Guidance Menu.

• Training 

  Provides the ability to view current curricula definitions and uploaded training documents. This same information can be seen by students on their Records Tab. The settings controlling which curricular data is shown to students are made in the Customer Menu Parameters.

  Provides the ability to view and print current Rates for Aircraft Rental, Instruction, and Fuel. Rate sheets are enabled in the Format & Default Parameters / Rental Rate Sheet. Customers can see the same information on their Home Tab if enabled in the Customer Menu Parameters.

  Scheduling Rules provides a simple outline of the rules for making reservations in your MyFBO.com system. These rules are created based on your specific system settings. Customers can see this same type of information from their Home Tab / Help & Guidance Menu.
