My Personal Calendar

Staff Pilots / Instructors can view a number of reports from the Home tab / Personal Reports. 

One of these reports is My Personal Calendar. This report can be viewed for a selected number of days and in the following formats:

• Tabular
• Graphical
• Monthly Calendar

Regardless of the format, you can click on a reservation to open the details of the reservation. This allows dispatch of the reservation or changes to the reservation. For more information about reservation details and revising reservations, please read View / Delete / Revise Reservations. 

Personal Schedule - Tabular 

Typically all scheduling notices are sent to the e-mail address you have on file to receive Scheduling E-mail Notifications. For more information, please see Contact Information. These e-mails include attachments that can be used to update your personal calendar. 

If for some reason you choose not to receive these e-mails, there is also an option to download or e-mail your schedule for multiple days for import into your Outlook, Google, or iPhone calendar.
