Update My Contact Information / Biography / Scheduling E-mail Notifications
Every system user of MyFBO.com has a customer record in the system. Your customer record holds your login information (email address, short login code, password) as well as other general information. The e-mail addresses in your customer record are used to send you information about your personal flights as well as broadcast e-mails sent out from your organization to staff and/or all system users. The contact data in your customer record is not shared with other customers.
As flight staff, you are also considered a resource in the system, which means your services can be scheduled. This means you also have a resource record in the system. Your resource record holds contact information that is shared with the customers of your organization. The e-mail addresses in your resource record are used to send you information about your schedule as flight staff.
You should always keep your contact information updated. This is accomplished from the Home Tab / Personal Menu. You should update your contact information in both your records:
Your two records are connected by the system. The same login gives you access to both parts of the system so you can perform your professional tasks as flight staff and also access your options as a customer. To get access to the customer side of the system, use the link at the bottom of your Personal Menu page, or from the Home Tab select Log In as Customer.
