Allow or Revoke Scheduling Authority

Both customer and staff scheduling privileges can quickly be granted or revoked by a Manager level user or higher.

  1. Select Manage Tab.
  2. Select User Security menu.
  3. Locate the Reset Password/Change Customer Scheduling Authority option. Enter the last name and then press the Go button.
  4. The Reset Customer Password or Change Scheduling Authority screen will appear. Press the Click to Revoke button next to the appropriate customer.

Staff level users may change customer scheduling authority if enabled in the Staff Parameters by an Administrator. In this case, scheduling authority will need to be changed within the individual customer record.

  1. Place customer in focus.
  2. Click View/Update.
  3. Select General Information.
  4. Scroll down to the Scheduling and Dispatch section.
  5. Mark the appropriate choice next to Customer Can Schedule.
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page to Update Customer.
