Customer List / Update Customer Records

Many customer reports can be viewed from the Manage tab / Customer Reports.

The List Customers (Passengers / Prospects) option allows you to see a listing of all the individuals in your MyFBO system. From this list you can perform a number of actions:

• Click on a name to open the customer record for the individual
• Click on the Send link to send an email to the individual
• Click on the Profile link to view the profile of the individual

Individuals who have become Inactive in your system are highlighted in dark gray. An individual's record can become inactive because there hasn't been any activity linked to them in a long while, or they can be manually marked Inactive in the customer record by management for other reasons. The individual can be changed back to active status by opening the customer record and changing the Inactive setting in the General Information section of the record.

Do not delete customer records.  Customer records are made inactive to get them out of day-to-day view while still maintaining all the information in your system. If you delete a customer record, all attached information is lost permanently. If you have more than one record for an individual, they should be properly combined.
