Aircraft Dispatch Comment

The Aircraft Dispatch Comment option is enabled by an Administrator in the Dispatch & Check In Parameters available from the Admin Tab / Parameters & Settings menu. This is a chargeable option and will be included in your monthly billing once enabled. Please see MyFBO.com Current Rates for more information.  

Once enabled, an Aircraft Dispatch Comment entry field becomes available in the aircraft resource record. Aircraft Dispatch Comments for an individual resource can be entered, reviewed, and updated by a manager from the Manage Tab / Resource Management menu using the Change Resource Data option. Any comments placed in the Aircraft Dispatch Comment field will appear on Pre-Dispatch and Dispatch tickets for the specific aircraft. These same comments will appear on the Aircraft Maintenance Status report available from the Manage Tab / Maintenance menu and can be updated from within the report.
