Additional Time Off
Pilots / Instructors can update their work schedules from the Personal Menu.
There are two types of time off:
This is your normal weekly schedule, and time off on this schedule appears to customers and staff on the overall schedule to let them know when you are not available.
This is where you schedule out of the norm time off, such as vacations and dentist appointments. Additional Time Off overrides your Standing Schedule.
To set Additional Time Off, click the "Create Link" next to My Additional Time Off on the Home Tab / Personal Menu. Select the days and/or hours off.
Note: Pilots / Instructors can only accomplish this if allowed by the system Administrator. Whether or not to allow staff to set their own schedules is set on the Admin tab / Parameters and Settings Menu in Staff Parameters.
