Web Site Statistics - LiveStats

MyFBO.com hosting plans include statistical reports or “LiveStats®”. LiveStats is available by a link in the MyFBO.com Online System under the Admin tab / Subscription Management Menu.

LiveStats will aid in marketing and web site design. LiveStats is easy to use and reports are laid out in textual form as well as visual graphs.

LiveStats reports include:

How To Use LiveStats

Navigate to LiveStats by holding your mouse over the Admin tab and selecting Subscription Management. On the Subscription Management Menu click the “Web Site Live Stats ®” link to start, this will open a LiveStats window.

The LiveStats program is organized into 6 different statistical categories:

1. Real Time Stats - Provides a summary of the current activity on your web site. People currently visiting are displayed by their IP address and their company/host name if it can be determined.
    
2. Traffic Reports - Traffic reports reveals the total number of times that people have visited your web site during the selected report period. Observing this report on a weekly or monthly basis can help identify trends in your web site's overall traffic.
    
3. Pages Reports - The Pages report lists the web pages that were requested most frequently during the selected report period. This report can help you gauge the effectiveness of site navigation and the level of interest in specific pages in your site.
    
4. Visitor Info - The visitor info or browser types report shows the different web browsers and release versions used by visitors during the selected report period. Knowing which browsers are used to view your site can assist you with web site design.
    
5. Referring Reports - The Referring report shows the domains that have sent people to your web site during the selected report period. This report allows you to compare the number of referrals from various different web sites.
    
6. Demographic Reports - The demographics report shows how often people visited from the different continents during the selected report period. This report may reveal opportunities for geographically targeting your marketing campaigns.

Each category is available by a button on the left side of the screen.
