List Customers with Profile Flags

Many customer reports can be viewed from the Manage tab / Customer Reports.

The List Customers with Profile Flags option allows you to see the following reports:

• Suspended / No Fly
• Active Student
• Club Member Flag
• Notes Flag
• Notes and Notes Flag
• Fictitious Flag
• Sales Tax Exemption
• Interest Exemption
• Fuel Surcharge Exemption

These "flags" are initially set in the individual customer records. Note when viewing the reports listed above that the Flag field is marked with a gold corner. Gold corners indicate that the field can be edited within the report, allowing you to update multiple records at once without having to access each individual record.
