Staff Time Report

Many reports helpful in managing resources can be viewed from the Manage tab / Resource Reports.

The Staff Time Report is available by selected date range, and includes all the time accumulated by staff resources as a result of the check-in / receipt process, and the time accumulated as a result of using the system Time Clock.

The default format of this report, shown below, is presented to screen. Other options are available to open the report as an Excel or XML file. These additional options present more flexibility to sort and use the data as you wish.

Note: A Staff Time and Commission report is available from the Financial Tab / Time and Revenue menu. It is similar to this report, but also includes the Commission Rate paid to staff.
