Reserved Versus Billed (Resource Dispatch Report)

Many reports helpful in managing resources can be viewed from the Manage tab / Resource Reports. A Resource in your MyFBO system is basically anything you schedule in 1/2 hour increments. Resources fall into one of four categories:

• Aircraft
• Flight Training Devices
• Staff (flight staff, instructors, mechanics)
• Other (classrooms, written test computers, courtesy cars, etc.)

The Reserved Versus Billed Report is a report comparing the scheduled duration of reservations to the actual time billed for reservations. This results in a Billed as % of Duration. Reviewing this report can help you notice customers who consistently overbook resources, or instructors with low "Billed as" numbers may indicate that they are not properly posting ground time.
