Daily Resource Display

Many reports helpful in managing resources can be viewed from the Manage Tab / Resource Reports menu.

Daily Resource Display is an all-encompassing daily schedule display that includes both scheduled and actual flights in real time. Reservation blocks are coded to indicate status:

• Unused Reservation by Reservation Type
• Dispatched by Type
• Dispatched / Late
• Checked In by Type
• Receipt Prepared

You must select a date to review this report, but once you have the report on screen, you can use the arrow buttons in the header of your system to move forward or back. This allows you to easily see reservations in the future and past reservations.

Staff level users can access the same report from the Schedules Tab / More Daily Schedules menu.
