Staff Pilots / Instructors can view a number of reports from the Home tab / Personal Reports. The following Time Reports are available by selected date range.

Flight staff working on commission can check their commissioned activity. If your organization uses the dispatch and check-in functions of the system, records of both flight and ground time are maintained. 

Flight staff typically update their log book periodically rather than after each flight. If your organization uses the dispatch and check-in functions of the system, records of your flight time (both as staff and a customer) are maintained. For each check in, the system provides the details of the flight. By default this report is shown on screen, but it can also be saved as an Excel file.
